Each box includes the following frozen dishes:

Ordering & Delivery

Place your order by emailing sales@boxed.ky.

All orders are scheduled for pick-up from the Mise en Place warehouse after payment confirmation has been received.

Delivery is available at an additional charge of $25 KYD. 

Cooking Instructions

Thaw bread rolls at room temperature. To serve, warm in the oven for 5 minutes.

Thaw dessert in the fridge, or 2 hours at room temperature.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the plastic seal and lid from the Coconut Shrimp and Callaloo Patties.

Place both canapes on the upper oven rack and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve shrimp with Mango Mustard dipping sauce.

Remove the plastic seal and lid from the Mac and Cheese, Cayman Style Beef and Conch Stew. Place Mac and Cheese on upper oven rack. Place Cayman Style Beef and Conch Stew on the lower oven rack and bake for 40 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the Plantains to the upper oven rack to bake for a total of 30 minutes. You should remove the plastic seal; the lid is optional (but please remove the paper sticker).

Place Rice and Beans with cover and plastic seal on in microwave.

Microwave on full power for 6 minutes. Remove lid and plastic seal and stir well then microwave for a further 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Serve dessert at room temperature. Add your favorite vanilla ice cream.

If you have a warming cabinet, you can hold all dishes, ready to go with the lid on, for up to 2 hours.

Use the extra lids for easy storage of leftovers in your refrigerator.

All dished are fully cooked before being blast chilled for your convenience. All packaging is oven and microwave safe, excluding the plastic seal and paper stickers.

*Heating times may vary depending on your appliances. Check that dishes are piping hot in the center before serving.

Keep products frozen until ready to cook.

Environmental Sustainability

We care deeply about the environment which is why all our trays and sleeves are made from compostable and recyclable materials, and we use polylactic acid (PLA) films – a biodegradable alternative to plastic made from renewable resources - to seal our 36oz. dishes. When you’re done enjoying this delicious meal and have run out of uses for the tray please recycle it.
